  • Tell us honestly what works and what doesn’t
  • A short conversation with us once a month

What churches ask us.

Is Shep really free for founding churches?
Yes. There is no cost while you are part of the founding church programme. We are learning what Shep is worth to churches before we set a price.
What happens when pricing starts?
We will set pricing with our founding churches, not around them. You will get plenty of notice, and you will never be charged without agreeing to it first.
Do we need Elvanto or another church database?
No. Shep syncs with Elvanto, Planning Center and Breeze, but it also works on its own. You can add people by hand or invite them to join.
Who in our church uses Shep?
Everyone, if you like. Pastors and leaders use it to walk with people, and every member can reflect on their own path and pray for others.
Where is our data stored?
In Australia. Notes about a person are never shown to that person.
